3. What data do we process and where do we get it from?

Doodlay collects, stores and treats your data to identify you as a user of the Doodlay platform, as well as to give you access to the services and functionalities that we put at your disposal. Please note that Personal Data is collected when you access or use the Platform and/or Services.

Account information

To register in Doodlay you must provide us with information such as your name and email address.

Profile information

To be able to use the services through the Doodlay platform, you will be asked to provide additional information such as a profile picture, your city, the sports you regularly practice and a description about yourself.

Experience information

In order to create an Experience on the Doodlay platform, it will be necessary for you to provide information such as the title, the date, the sport, the meeting point, the level and a description of the experience.

Communications with us and other Users

When you communicate with the Doodlay team and/or with other Users, we will store all the data of those communications, whether they are textual content or multimedia content.

Information from Third Parties

Our Platform may collect information about you provided by third parties each time it is used.

If you use third party services to log in, such as Facebook registration or Google registration, the third party service may send us personal information necessary to make your registration, as well as personal information of your social profile belonging to that service. The information provided by these methods varies according to the privacy options configured in them, and it is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user to authorize and control what type of information is being shared through these methods.

Data by use of the Platform

Whenever you access or use our Platform and/or Services included within it, we collect, store and process data, possibly including some Personal Data, and among others, such as the following:

Mobile data

When you access the platform through a mobile device, we can collect, store and process different categories of data about your location (e.g. GPS functionality). If you access the Platform through a mobile device and do not want your device to provide us with this data that allows tracking of your location, you can disable the GPS function or other geographic location functions on your device.

Google Analytics cookies in the Website

When you access the Doodlay website, the Google Analytics service is used to monitor the accesses to the page. This way we can make reports and studies about the origin of these accesses, as well as the detailed information associated with them.

However, the data collected can not identify yourself personally to be associated with such accesses, so your information will always remain anonymous for the service.

4. How and for what purpose do we treat the stored data?

Doodlay may review, explore or analyze any data provided and stored, behavior or communications that you make through the Platform for the sole purpose of fraud prevention, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, conducting research, experiences related to product development, development of research experiences and/or the provision of customer service.

We can also explore, review or analyze any record of collective experience, or analyze messages for research and product development purposes to improve all the experience on the platform, such as searches, experiences and communications between users.

Doodlay can also explore data with the aim of debugging, improving and expanding product offerings. We would like to emphasize that we will not review, explore or analyze anything in order to send you marketing messages from Third Parties, or vice versa. Nor will we sell such reviews or analyzes to Third Parties. We will also use automated means to perform such reviews or analyzes to the extent possible.

However, we may occasionally have to review some of the communications by manual means. Therefore, by using the Platform, you give your consent so that Doodlay can, in its sole discretion and privacy, directly or through Third Parties that we hire to provide us with the service, review, explore, analyze and store your communications by manual and/or automated means.

5. For how long do we store your information?

Doodlay will store your data on the platform as long as your account is still active and in use.
